Welcome to the new Visard Solutions web platform!

This new platform, which is based on Kentika technology, is divided into two distinct areas:

General website: Where you will find all relevant information about our company, our products and services

Clients zone: An area dedicated to our customers.

From this area, each client can:

- View / edit contact information

- See all administrative documents concerning him (invoices, contracts, licenses ...)

- Open tickets and track service requests for intervention / specific work

- Publish articles of interest about him, for the whole community

* Access to the Clients zone is done via a username / password which is sent to each Client Contract Manager. If you are a responsible person of a contract and have not received a user ID, you can submit a request in contacting us.
